Images: Decoration

Image decorations are outline and shadow. Use an outline when you want the outside of the image to stand out, and use a shadow when you want it to float slightly.

List of setting items

ItemDescription
Outline Adds an outline outside the image. You can adjust the color, thickness, and connect outlines with the same color setting. Thickness can be adjusted from 1 to 300. If there are multiple outlines, only the outermost outline is affected.
Shadow Adds a shadow to the image. You can adjust the color, horizontal position, vertical position, and blur.

Check points

  • Image decoration supports only Outline and Shadow.
  • Line and text background for text do not appear in the image Decoration menu.
  • If you choose a shape such as circle or heart, the outline follows that shape.
  • When you place multiple images, text, or materials close together, “Connect outlines with the same color” can make overlapping outlines look natural.

When you are in trouble

Add an outline if the image edge is hard to see. If the shadow is too strong, lower the blur or position settings.
