These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern use of Tubudeco (the "Service"). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. Where a user registers an account or logs in, that action constitutes agreement to these Terms.
The Service provides image creation features using text decoration, image editing, and templates. Created images may be used subject to the conditions applicable to each template and material.
When registering for this service using a Google account or similar method, users must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Users are responsible for managing their own accounts and may not share, transfer, or lend them to third parties. If a user violates these Terms, the operator may suspend or delete the account or take other necessary measures.
This service provides some templates, materials, decoration features, 2x size saving, and similar features as the time-limited Tubudeco Pro. Prices and usage periods are shown on the purchase screen.
Payment methods, payment timing, and refund conditions follow the details stated in Disclosures Under Japan's Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
The right to use Pro is a non-transferable, non-exclusive right tied to the purchaser's own account. It may not be transferred or resold to third parties, and material data may not be redistributed.
Pro passes do not auto-renew. The usage period starts when payment is completed. If repurchased during the active period, the number of days shown at purchase is added to the then-current expiration date.
The operator may change prices, usage periods, covered features, or plan structure for future new purchases. Prices and usage periods for orders confirmed before such changes will not be changed.
If the operator must discontinue this service or paid content, the operator will endeavor to provide advance notice on the service. The operator is not responsible if purchased content becomes unavailable due to account suspension or deletion caused by a violation of these Terms.
Tubudeco Pro is intended for use by individuals and freelancers. Corporations using it for business purposes should contact us separately.
Minors must obtain consent from a parent, guardian, or other legal representative before using this service or purchasing paid content.
Users represent that they have all rights and permissions required for text they enter, images they upload, and content they create or post.
Images created with the Service may be used for commercial or noncommercial purposes at the user's own responsibility. However, because legacy templates may include third-party rights or derivative-work elements, images made with legacy templates may be used only for personal purposes.
When the Pro validity period ends, Pro templates, materials, decoration features, and 2x size saving become unavailable. However, images created and downloaded during the active period may continue to be used within the scope of this article after the period ends.
The Service may contain advertising, affiliate links, and links to third-party services. Please review the applicable provider's terms for products, services, and information offered at linked sites.
The operator may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service as necessary. The operator is not liable for resulting damages except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
The operator does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the Service for any particular purpose. The operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
The operator may change these Terms as necessary to the extent permitted by law. When changing them, the operator will provide advance notice of the changed content and effective date on this page or elsewhere, and the changed Terms will take effect when that effective date arrives.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute relating to the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Japanese court with jurisdiction over the operator's location as the court of first instance.
